What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how TipLark handles information when you use the TipLark iPhone application, visit tiplark.korsund.com, or contact support. TipLark is designed as a local-first earnings tracker for tipped workers.

02

Who is responsible

TipLark is provided by Supanat Konprom, operating as Korsund. For privacy questions or requests, contact unclegrape1975@gmail.com.

03

Information you enter in the app

You may choose to enter information such as:

  • Workplace name, role, base hourly rate and preferred currency.
  • Shift dates, start and end times, break duration and hourly rate for that shift.
  • Cash tips, card tips, tip-in, tip-out, sales totals and optional notes.
  • Preferences such as week start, theme and app-lock settings.
04

How app data is stored and used

Your entered earnings data is stored locally on your device. TipLark uses it to calculate net tips, total earnings, effective hourly rates, shift history and insights that you request.

TipLark does not require an account, does not connect to your bank or payroll provider, and does not operate a server that receives your jobs, shifts or notes. TipLark does not use advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking or in-app analytics.

05

App lock and biometric information

If you enable App Lock, TipLark asks iOS to authenticate you with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode through Apple’s Local Authentication system. Biometric templates remain under iOS control. TipLark receives only the authentication result and does not receive, store or transmit your face, fingerprint or biometric template.

06

Exports and sharing

If you choose to create a CSV or PDF report, the export is created on your device. It leaves TipLark only when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet. The privacy practices of the service or person you share with then apply.

07

Purchases and subscriptions

TipLark uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscription entitlement checks. Apple processes payment information and provides the app with product, transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock Pro. TipLark does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple’s own privacy policy governs Apple’s processing.

08

Website and infrastructure data

The TipLark website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, device or browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website.

09

Support communications

If you email support, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message and any attachments. We use it only to answer your request, troubleshoot the app and maintain an appropriate support record.

10

Data sharing

TipLark does not sell personal information and does not share app data for targeted advertising. Information is disclosed only in these limited circumstances:

  • With Apple for App Store purchases and entitlement processing.
  • With Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website, and with the email provider used to receive and answer support messages.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect users, the public, or our legal rights.
  • At your direction, such as when you export and share a report.
11

Retention and deletion

App data remains on your device until you edit or delete it, delete the app, or erase the device. Exports are separate files and must be deleted from wherever you saved or shared them. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Because TipLark does not hold a server copy of your local earnings data, we cannot retrieve or delete that local data for you. You control it directly on your device.

12

Security

TipLark relies on iOS security and offers an optional app lock using Face ID or your device passcode. No method of storage is completely risk-free, so keep your device software and passcode up to date and protect exported files appropriately.

13

Children

TipLark is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent information through support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

14

Your choices and rights

You can choose what to enter, edit or delete app records, disable the app lock, avoid exports and uninstall the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights regarding personal information held in support communications or website logs. Contact us to exercise those rights.

TipLark has no account system and therefore no server-side account-deletion process. Deleting records in the app or deleting the app removes the local copy under your control; files you exported must be deleted separately from their destination.

15

International processing

Apple, Cloudflare and the support email provider may process limited purchase, website or support information in countries other than your own under their respective safeguards and privacy terms. Your locally stored jobs, shifts and notes are not uploaded to TipLark by these website or support services.

16

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes to TipLark, law or service providers. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way.

Questions or privacy requests: unclegrape1975@gmail.com.

Plain-language privacy promise

If TipLark’s data practices materially change, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
