Agreement and Apple terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of TipLark and the TipLark website. TipLark is provided by Supanat Konprom, operating as Korsund. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement; Apple’s mandatory terms and applicable consumer law continue to apply.
What TipLark provides
TipLark is a personal record-keeping tool that helps you log shifts, tips, base pay and related details, then calculates estimated earnings and effective hourly rates. Some features may require TipLark Pro.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be legally permitted to use the App Store and enter into these terms. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use TipLark on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules.
Your records and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for reviewing calculations before relying on them.
- You are responsible for your device, passcode, backups and any CSV or PDF files you export.
- TipLark is not a payroll system and does not replace employer records, payslips, tax documents or legally required timekeeping systems.
- You must use the app lawfully and may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse it except where applicable law expressly permits.
No financial, tax or legal advice
TipLark calculations are provided for personal informational purposes. They are not financial, tax, accounting, employment or legal advice. Rules for tip reporting, wages, overtime, deductions and record retention vary by location and employer. Consult an appropriate professional or government source for advice specific to you.
TipLark Pro subscriptions
TipLark may offer monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. Before purchase, the app displays the plan name, duration, Pro features and the full localized amount Apple will charge. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings, and you can restore an eligible purchase from the TipLark paywall. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies.
Pro features may include unlimited history, insights and exports. We may improve or change features over time, but we will not misrepresent the product offered at purchase.
A Pro entitlement may be recognized on other compatible devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Your jobs, shifts and notes remain local and are not synchronized between devices by TipLark.
Availability and updates
We aim to keep TipLark reliable, but do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. Operating-system changes, device limits and App Store services may affect the app. Updates may be required for continued use or security.
Intellectual property
TipLark, its branding, interface and original content are owned by the application provider and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain ownership of information you enter and files you export.
Third-party services
The app and website may link to or depend on services provided by Apple, Cloudflare or other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Privacy
The TipLark Privacy Policy explains what information is handled by the app and website, local storage, App Store purchases, support communications, retention and deletion choices. It forms part of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TipLark is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app, loss of local records, inaccurate entries, exported files or reliance on calculations. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using TipLark at any time. Your license may end if you materially breach these terms or Apple’s applicable terms. Ending use does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions through Apple.
Governing terms, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable mandatory law remain unaffected.
We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. The effective date will be updated when the terms change, and material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way.
